Choosing the right Office 365 Subscription for your small business

If you’re like most small business owners, you probably don’t have a lot of time to keep up with the latest changes in technology. And when it comes to choosing the right Microsoft 365 subscription for your business, there are a lot of options to choose from.

But don’t worry, I’m here to help.

The first thing you need to decide is whether you want a Microsoft 365 Business subscription or a Microsoft 365 Enterprise subscription. Enterprise plans are designed for larger businesses with more than 300 employees. If you have fewer than 300 employees, then Microsoft 365 Business subscriptions are a better fit. Even though you pay $10 less per user, you get more features from the Microsoft Business Premium plan than you do from the Microsoft Enterprise E3 Plan.

Once you have decided on the Business level subscriptions you have a choice between Standard or Premium. These two subscriptions are also priced at $10 per month difference. The Business Standard is $12.50 per month and Business Premium is $22 per month. You should always choose Business Premium over Standard.

So, what features does Microsoft Business Premium include that make it worth the extra $10 per user? Intune for mobile device management is one of them. With Intune, you can remotely manage and monitor your employees’ mobile devices from a central location. You can also encrypt data on mobile devices, set up password policies, and remotely wipe devices if they are lost or stolen.

Another feature included in Microsoft Business Premium is Azure Active Directory. With Azure Active Directory, you can manage employee access to company resources, such as email and applications. You can also set up single sign-on for your employees, so they only have to remember one username and password for all of their company accounts.

Microsoft Business Premium also includes Microsoft Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection. This is a cloud-based security service that helps protect your email from malware and phishing attacks. It includes features like malware scanning and dynamic delivery, which block malicious emails before they reach your inbox.

As you can see, Microsoft Business Premium is a great value for small businesses. It includes all the features you need to keep your business running smoothly and securely. So, if you’re looking for the best Office 365 subscription for your small business, Microsoft Business Premium is the way to go.
